Do you also clean leather clothing, e.g., jackets?
Unfortunately, we do not specialize in cleaning leather goods, with the exception of sheepskins from 50 zł. This process requires completely different technology and special agents. We focus on providing the highest quality washing and cleaning for textiles.
What is the turnaround time for the service?
The standard processing time is usually 24 hours to 3 working days. However, it may be longer for heavy soiling or unusual fabrics. We always provide the exact pickup date when accepting the order.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept cash and BLIK mobile payments to our phone number. Card payments are not accepted.
Do I need to prepare my items for washing in any special way?
We only ask that you check and empty all pockets. We will take care of the rest 🙂
